The service assesses the terms of your existing mortgage against prevailing market interest rates and your financial circumstances, and alerts you when an opportunity arises to refinance your mortgage in a way that may benefit you.
Changes in interest rates, financial commitments, and credit data may affect whether refinancing your mortgage is worthwhile. As part of the service, we monitor these factors on an ongoing basis to provide an up-to-date picture of your situation and help you make informed decisions.
Reiten Mortgages and Real Estate guides hundreds of clients through the mortgage refinancing process each year, and makes this professional experience available to you through its monthly review service as well.
What does the service include?
Comprehensive monthly review: An examination of your credit data, mortgage balances, financial commitments, and prevailing market interest rates to assess whether refinancing your mortgage is worthwhile.
Detailed monthly report: On the 15th of each month, you will receive a report setting out the review findings, the options available to you, and a professional conclusion in clear language.
Consultation at no additional cost: If refinancing is found to be worthwhile, you will be offered a consultation to discuss the findings and possible next steps.
How do you subscribe?
Reiten Mortgages and Real Estate is a corporation registered as a paid authorized representative in the Bank of Israel's Credit Data System, registration number 10407686.
Subscribing to the service involves a short registration process and granting permission to monitor your credit data. This permission is granted in your personal area in the Bank of Israel's Credit Data System, through the National Identification System.
The service costs NIS 99 plus VAT per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel the service at any time, subject to the terms set out in the contractual documents.
